Dear Friends and Clients,

We are suspending our business activities as of November 2007.   We are off to Washington and returning to public service. 

It’s has been an honor to serve you over the past nine years as your motivator, consultant, and strategist for diversity, leadership and change.  I especially want to thank the corporate executives and agency heads who opened their conference rooms and their hearts to my suggestions.  You are the true leaders of change. 

I would be remiss if I did not mention the thousands of youth that took my words to action and went on to college or business.  I also remember my martial arts students and personal training clients. I am so proud of all of you.  Si Se Puede! Nothing is impossible for those who believe.  I look forward to hearing of your continued success! 

I have learned so much about people, leadership and organizations over the years.  I really believe I can make a positive difference in the government of the greatest nation in the history of the world – in President Lincoln’s words, “the last, best, hope of earth.”

I call upon my corporate colleagues and graduating students to also consider public service.  America faces so many challenges at home and overseas.  This is the time for our best and brightest to step forward and commit to making the world a better place for future generations. 

And once again, I ask you all to pray for the more than two million men and women in the active and reserve armed forces -- my son and my nephew are among them.  Let us never forget to include their families in your prayers for they also sacrifice and serve America.   

My e-mail will stay active for my clients, colleagues and youth.  Many of you have become valued friends over the years.  Let’s stay in touch to support and encourage one another.
